Return Policy Return Period

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in its original, unused and uninstalled condition. All original packaging, accessories, instructions, and labels must be included.

Refund Policy Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing Time: 5-10 business days after receiving the return. Refund Arrival Time: Based on payment method. Depending on the platform, it usually takes 3-7 business days.

Refund Amount

Full Refund: Product has quality issues or incorrect shipment.
Partial Refund: Product packaging is slightly damaged but does not affect use.
Deduct Shipping Costs: For returns not due to quality issues, the customer needs to bear the return shipping costs.

Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for the exchange.
Provide the order number and product photos.
We will arrange an exchange or reshipment.

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization

Customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Use a trackable courier service to return the product. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer packaging of the package. Pack the product properly to ensure it is not damaged during transportation. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 4: Await Processing

We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days after receiving it. After the inspection is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refund Form We will notify you via email.

Quality Guarantee
Product Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty period varies depending on the product (usually 6-12 months). Warranty coverage: Manufacturing defects, material problems.

Not covered by warranty:

Human-caused damage or improper use

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by traffic accidents

Special Circumstances
Order Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment: Full refund, no deductions. Cancellation after shipment: Packaging and handling fees may apply. Customized products: Cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Out of Stock or Delayed Shipment

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You can choose to: wait for restocking, exchange for another product, or receive a full refund.

Incorrect Orders
If we find any errors in the order information (such as address, product model), we will contact you to confirm before shipment.
